This is a public relations magazine that introduces businesses and events held in Hirosaki City.It is distributed twice a month on the 15st and XNUMXth.It will be distributed to homes through each neighborhood association.

When you move, you must complete the following address change procedures at the city hall, etc.

When using a bicycle

In Japan, bicycles run on the left side of the road.Also, turn on the lights as soon as it gets dark.

Please leave your bicycle in a designated place and do not ride it on campus.

When driving a car, it is common practice in Japan to purchase two types of insurance.
There are two types of insurance, compulsory insurance and voluntary insurance, to compensate for the economic loss in the event of a traffic accident.
If you have these insurances, someone with specialized knowledge of paying compensation and negotiating with the other party in the event of an accident will do it for you free of charge.
