Temporary departure
If you plan to leave Japan temporarily during the summer vacation, etc., you must obtain permission from your academic advisor, submit a notification (overseas travel notification) to the person in charge of your faculty/graduate school and the International Affairs Office, and receive guidance on your travel plans.Also, when you return to Japan, please contact me as soon as possible.
