When reporting an emergency, be sure to include your name, the necessary address, and a clear, easily identifiable landmark.
In case of emergencies such as fire, illness, injury, or accident, please contact the following:

Accidents, disasters, etc.
fire
○If you start a fire, first call "119".
○A fire extinguisher is useful for initial fire suppression.
○To prevent fires, please keep the following in mind.
Before going to bed or leaving the house, check for any sources of fire, such as electricity, cigarette butts, and gas.
• In the event of an earthquake, the first thing to do is extinguish any fires.
Traffic accident
○In the event of any accident, always call the police (110).
○If anyone is injured, please call an ambulance (119).
○ Make sure to check the license plate number of the other car.
Earthquake
Japan is an earthquake-prone country. To avoid panicking in an emergency, please keep the following points in mind.
○ If you are using fire, turn it off.
○Listen carefully to the radio to get accurate information and evacuate calmly.
○ Avoid running out barefoot, and protect your head with a hat or helmet.
