[How to apply]

  1. Make an appointment with your instructor.
  2. Create a study abroad plan after consulting with the instructor in charge. *For study abroad plans, use the specified Excel format.
  3. If the final study abroad plan is recognized as an academic activity, the applicant will be considered as an applicant from our university.
  4. Submit the documents necessary to confirm household budget standards to the International Cooperation Headquarters.
  5. Receive the "key code" required for online application from the person in charge of the International Cooperation Headquarters, and enter it online by the deadline set by the university.

[On-campus deadline]

  Deadline for non-first-year university students: 2024pm, January 1, 26 (Friday).

  Deadline for first-year university students: Wednesday, 2024pm, April 4, 17 (Wednesday)

  *Before the deadline within the university, it is necessary to consult with the faculty member in charge and obtain approval for the study abroad plan.
   Multiple consultations are required for approval, so please consult as soon as possible.

[Documents necessary for application]

  If the application is confirmed, the following documents are requiredIt will be.
  Details will be explained during study abroad consultation by the faculty member in charge.

  1. Study abroad plan (Excel free description)
  2. Application form (free format, up to 4sheets, vertically A2 sized )
  3. Household financial standards determination documents (copy of income certificate or withholding tax slip of household supporter for 2022, copy of final tax return, etc.)
