This time, Dalian University of Technology (People's Republic of China), which has an international exchange agreement with our university, has requested to donate masks (13 pieces) to our university for the purpose of preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection.Our university and Dalian University of Technology have been engaged in various exchanges since 21 when the Faculty of Science and Technology of our university and the Faculty of Engineering of Dalian University of Technology signed an inter-departmental exchange agreement (an inter-university exchange agreement was established in XNUMX). The donation was also kindly offered by the Dalian University of Technology, based on many years of academic exchange and human resource development.

Along with this, on Tuesday, April 2, 4nd year of Reiwa, President Fukuda, Executive Director Yoshizawa, Graduate School of Science and Engineering Dean Sato, Graduate School of Science and Engineering Professor Sui Aburi, and Director Sugihara of the International Relations Office attended. , held a teleconference with the Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Sapporo, etc., in a special meeting room of the secretariat. 

 During the teleconference, Consul General Sun gave a greeting, followed by President Fukuda's appreciation for the donation.

 Some of the masks were also distributed to exchange students at Dalian University of Technology.
