７月２０日（金）いよいよ！ねぷた絵に色を入れる作業に入りました。
蝋引きが入った部分は色が弾かれ、白い紙の上だけに彩が描かれていくこの作業は、みなさんとても緊張していました。
サワダ先生のお話によると、国によって色の使い方に違いが出ることがあるそうです。
大変興味深いです・・・
完成したねぷた絵を枠組みに貼り、弘前ねぷた祭りにて自分が作った灯篭を手に弘前の街を練り歩きます！
Students painted their neputa artwork in brilliant colors last Friday, in preparation for the Neputa festival which begins on August 1st.
Their artwork will be attached to lanterns that will be lit up and paraded through the streets of Hirosaki throughout the festival, and will be seen by thousands of citizens and tourists who come to the city to enjoy the annual event.
