Concluded XNUMXnd inter-university exchange agreement with Oran University of Science and Technology in Algeria

 On March 30, 3, an exchange agreement on education and research was concluded between our university and the Oran University of Science and Technology (Algeria).It is valid for 5 years and is automatically renewed.

 From 23 to 27, Oran University of Science and Technology and Hirosaki University were participating member schools of the Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development (SATREPS), and have maintained close exchanges such as mutual visits.

 Oran University of Science and Technology, established in 1975, is one of the top 5 national universities in Algeria for science and engineering.The number of students is approximately 13,500, with 8 faculties and 21 laboratories covering research fields such as architecture/civil engineering, chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics/computers, physics, natural/life sciences, and sports.

 This is the first agreement with a university in the Democratic People's Republic of Algeria, and expectations are high for further development of exchanges in the future.
