On the 11th and 18th of November students studying Japanese food culture and White Tourism visited minpaku accomodation facilities in Hirakawa, Inakadate and Kuroishi, not far from Hirosaki. They toured parks, shrines and eating places within walking distance of these facilities and compiled rambling maps for tourists visiting the area from overseas. On the 25th, they presented their findings to the owners of the facilities and staff from Green Farm Noka Gura, as well as the Prefectural office who are collaborating to promote green tourism in the region.
It was a valuable opportunity for students to learn about local initiatives for the development of regional tourism. The maps the students created will be used to introduce tourists to lesser known parts of Aomori Prefecture.
11月11日と18日、日本の食文化とグリーンツーリズムを学ぶ学生は、弘前から遠くない平川、田舎館、黒石の民泊宿泊施設を訪れ、施設の徒歩圏内にある公園、神社、食堂を巡りました。
また25日には、地域のグリーンツーリズムを推進するために協力している、農業生産法人 株式会社 グリーンファーム農家蔵のオーナーとスタッフそして青森県へ、調査結果を発表しました。
学生にとって地域観光の発展に向けた地域の取り組みについて学ぶ貴重な機会であり、学生が作成した地図は、青森県のあまり知られていない地域に観光客を紹介するために使用されます。
