【サワダ先生】日本食文化とホワイトツーリズム２

　2019年12月14日（土）と15日（日）の2日間、サワダ・ハンナ・ジョイ准教授の講義【日本食文化とホワイトツーリズム】講義の一環で、本学で学ぶ交換留学生20名が五所川原市にある風丸荘や民泊施設を訪れ、お正月の食べ物や習慣について学びながら地域のインバウンド観光客向けのツアーコンテンツについて考えました。

　14日（土）の１日目は、風丸荘でもちつきを体験し、地域の伝統的な正月料理をいただき、2･3名ずつ五所川原グリーンツーリズム協議会のご家庭で民泊体験をしました。

　15日（日）の2日目は、かなぎ元気村かだるべえにてお正月遊びを体験し、昼食をいただいてから五所川原神明宮神社へ向かいました。

　留学生にとって地域観光の発展に向けた地域の取り組みについて学ぶ貴重な機会となり、学生たちが五所川原グリーンツーリズム協議会へ提出するレポートは、今後の海外からの観光客の受け入れに向けて活用される予定です。

Students studying Japanese food culture and White Tourism visited Goshogawara on Dec 14-15 to learn about the food served and customs traditionally observed at the end of the year and monitor the content of tours designed for inbound tourists to the region.

They visited Kazemaru Sou to participate in mochi making and food preparation before staying at the homes of Minpaku (Bed and Breakfast) Owners registered with the Green Tourism Association of Goshogawara. The next morning they gathered at Kanagi Genki Mura Kadarube to learn about old games which were played in this area, and paid a visit to the Shinmeigu Shrine.

The students will provide the green tourism association with detailed feedback regarding each segment of their experience which will be utilized to plan tours that cater to overseas visitors.
