6월 7일(금), 쓰가루의 공예에 대해 배우고 있는 학생들은, 가와사키 염 공장에서 체험 학습을 했습니다.
남쪽의 식물이나 남색의 행정에 대해 배운 후 손수건을 염색해, 마를 때까지 기다리고 있는 동안 남쪽의 차도 받았습니다.전시되고 있는 낡은 복장을 보고 이 지역의 염색의 유래에 대해 이해를 깊게 했습니다.
On June 7th students studying the crafts of the Tsugaru region went to experience indigo dyeing at Kawasaki Dye Works . They learnt about the indigo plant and the process by which the leaves are prepared for dyeing. They then dyed handkerchiefs in the while they waited for them to dry. They also looked at antique clothing on display, and learnt more about the origins of the craft.
