2. Obtain application documents from the faculty/graduate school
You can either come directly to the faculty or graduate school you wish to apply for and receive the application form, or request it by mail.When requesting by mail, please send a self-addressed envelope with the necessary stamps to the academic affairs office of the desired faculty or graduate school and request an application form.
