Photos from volunteering

Three months have passed since I came to Canada.I am studying at Thompson Rivers University (Kamloops, British Columbia) in Canada, which is a partner university of Hirosaki University.I am taking ESL (English language classes).I take ESL classes on weekdays, go downtown on weekends, and actively participate in activities called LEAP.
What I feel after coming to Kamloops is that it is suitable for studying abroad in terms of climate and security. The weather doesn't feel too hot, and it doesn't rain very often, so it's a very pleasant place to spend time.I feel that the public order is also safe, so I feel that Kamloops is a place where even those who have little overseas experience and are uneasy can spend their time with peace of mind.
I participated in sports volunteers and interacted with local people. At first, I had a difficult time because I couldn't speak English, but now I'm getting used to it, and I'm spending my time listening until I understand, rather than leaving things as they are.
This year is Canada's 150th anniversary, so we were able to see stalls and dances from various countries.Canada is a country of immigrants and there are people of various races.
