Q.What is your motivation for studying abroad?

I decided to study abroad in Germany because I had always been interested in Europe and because I was taking a course in German.Besides, if he got a job, he probably wouldn't be able to go abroad, because I thought this was his last chance. Before I left Japan, I was told by many people that "Japan and Germany are similar, so I think it would be easy to live there."

 Q.About Tria

Tria has an ancient Roman gate called the Porta Nigra. There are churches and cathedrals nearby, and a beautiful cityscape spreads out.A Christmas market is held at Christmas, and the whole area is colored with illuminations. The surrounding hills are lined with vineyards and above them is the University of Tria.Buses are the main way to move around the city, but since buses in Tria are rather uncomfortable to begin with, we recommend walking if you have time to spare. It is good for your health and you can enjoy beautiful scenery, killing two birds with one stone. The only salvation is that if you show your student ID, the bus fare will be free.

Q.What surprised you about living in Tria?

The thing that surprised me the most after living here was that on Sundays and national holidays, all restaurants except restaurants were closed.I'm used to living in Japan where shops are always open, so I felt inconvenient.Furthermore, I hardly saw convenience stores or juice vending machines. The only gas station has a store like a convenience store, so let's go to the gas station in case of emergency.

 Q.How was your meal?

It is often said that German food is bad, but this is half wrong. To be precise, meat dishes are delicious. So what kind of food do I recommend? It's Deden! It's a kebab! !Basically, kebabs from any store are delicious, easy to buy, and versatile. There are many kebab shops in Toria. On the other hand, if you order something strange at the student cafeteria, you'll get a bad deal...

 Q.One last word!

Unlike in the past, everyone now has an equal opportunity to study abroad.Studying abroad certainly costs money, and there are many inconveniences and worries. It also comes with risks. However, when I look back on my time studying abroad in this way, I feel really glad that I did.If you are debating whether or not to study abroad, even if it is only for a short period of time, even if it is just to bite your parents' shins, why not try it?I think it is better to go and regret than not to go and regret.A wonderful experience awaits.
