Pusan National University (PNU), with the support of the National Institute for International Education (NIIED) in Korea, will be hosting the 2026 Japan-Korea Joint Short-Term Program.
This program aims to promote academic exchange and mutual understanding between undergraduate students in South Korea and Japan.
Through lectures, field research, and team projects, participants will examine current economic and social issues in both countries and collaborate to devise practical solutions.
Please read the following outline carefully, fill out the application form, and submit it by May 6th. If there are many applicants, nominees will be selected based on the application documents.

– Full scholarship: Includes round-trip airfare and accommodation.
– Credit Recognition: Upon completion of the program, you will be awarded 3 credits by PNU.
– Collaborative learning: A collaborative experience with Korean students.
– Curriculum: Lectures on economic and social issues, field studies, team projects
[Qualification requirements]
- Undergraduate students majoring in business administration, economics, or related fields
– Japanese nationality
- From age 19 to 30
– GPA of 3.15/4.0 or higher (or equivalent)
- Sufficient English proficiency to participate in lectures and discussions
