On June 3, 6 (Thursday), an exchange meeting was held online for 9 international students from our university and Hirosaki Minami High School students.
Hirosaki Minami High School has been designated as a Super Science High School (SSH) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology since 28, and this exchange meeting is a program to foster scientists (researchers) who will contribute to the community through research activities centered on subject research.
Hirosaki Minami High School students gave presentations in English this time as well, and our international students answered questions and gave their impressions in English.Our international students also listened intently to the high school students' presentations, and interacted with them by offering advice in English on their specialized knowledge.
It was a very valuable opportunity for both international students and high school students.
