Concluded XNUMXth inter-university exchange agreement with Turkmenistan Agricultural University

 On March 31, 3, a signing ceremony was held for an inter-university exchange agreement between our university and Turkmenistan Agricultural University.The Turkmenistan Agricultural University is the only higher education institution (national university) in the country that trains specialists in the agricultural field, and contributes greatly to the development and advancement of agriculture in the country.

 The Turkmenistan Agricultural University was established in 1930 as an agricultural research institute and was renamed to its present name in 1998.There are XNUMX faculties and XNUMX departments, namely Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Regenerative Engineering, Faculty of Cotton Growing, Faculty of Grain, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, and Faculty of Agricultural Products Processing.It has a wide range of specialized courses in agriculture, such as crop cultivation, agricultural chemistry and soil management, plant protection, plant protection, fruit and vegetable cultivation, veterinary, animal husbandry, mechanized agriculture, fruit and vegetable processing technology, meat and dairy product technology, vegetable oil production technology, agricultural accounting and auditing, agricultural economics, agricultural information systems, and engineer and teacher training.

 Turkmenistan is a country rich in agricultural products and also produces apples. Turkmenistan Agricultural University has a strong interest in cultivating Hirosaki apples in its own country. Therefore, exchanges are expected to take advantage of the experience of technical cooperation in apple cultivation with Uzbekistan and Bhutan that the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences has been doing.There are also expectations for technical cooperation in areas such as organic and eco-friendly farming that does not rely on pesticides and chemical fertilizers, and CO2 reduction.Turkmenistan Agricultural University strongly hopes to send students to our university, and there are expectations for cooperation in terms of human resource development.
