 Chinese Culture University is a private comprehensive university established in 1962.There are 12 faculties, 62 bachelor's courses, 45 master's courses, and 10 doctoral courses: Faculty of Literature, Faculty of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Science, School of Law, School of Social Sciences, School of Agriculture, School of Engineering, School of Commerce, School of Newspaper Communication, School of Art, School of Environmental Design, and School of Education.
 As an exchange between the two universities so far, on March 30, 3, at the request of Xu Xingqing, the director of the School of Foreign Languages ​​(currently the president) of the Chinese Culture University, Mr. Guan, the director in charge of research, gave a lecture at the university.At that time, they expressed their intention to engage in academic and student exchanges with Hirosaki University, so it was decided to proceed with talks toward concluding an inter-university exchange agreement.On October 28, 30, Director Sugihara of the International Relations Office and staff members of the International Relations Office visited the university, inspected the university's facilities such as museums and sports facilities, and held discussions toward the conclusion of an agreement, leading to the conclusion of this agreement.

 The university is located in a safe area with good access to the city, and provides student dormitories with low dormitory fees, providing an environment suitable for studying abroad.In addition, the demand for study abroad in Japan at the university is high, and the Japanese language department teachers are very interested in the university, so active mutual exchanges between students of both universities are expected in the future.
