On December 12th (Wednesday), we headed to Iwakiyama Shrine for Ms. Sawada's class.
After washing my hands at the chozubachi, I received an explanation from the Shinto priest inside the main shrine on how to worship and manners at the shrine.Many questions were asked by the international students, and they deepened their knowledge of the faith of Tsugaru.
On December 19th students studying the cultural history of Tsugaru visited Mt Iwaki Shrine and learned about the spiritual significance this site holds for the region.
