Q.How are your classmates and class going?

It varies from class to class, but my class was relatively international with people from Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Iran.I think the atmosphere of the class will change a lot depending on the teacher in charge. It was a good memory for me to have an Iranian write my name in Persian.
Among the classes, I was particularly impressed by the Core class (compulsory classes by level). Even simple questions such as "Where do you want to live in the future?"Because people with various backgrounds gathered together, I think I was able to seriously face things that I wouldn't normally think about.

Q.What's life like in Auckland?

Basically, it's a laid-back and safe town, but I think you should refrain from walking around late at night as you would in Japan. Most souvenirs are available near Queen Street. A large station called Britomart station is within walking distance from the school and you can take trains and ferries from there. You can visit nearby islands by ferry.Waiheke Island is heaven for wine lovers.Kiwis at the Auckland Zoo, wineries on Waiheke Island, and sheep at One Tree Hill are must-sees.

Q.short message

I didn't have much trouble with English as long as I was able to use basic expressions, but I think listening is the most important thing if you want to study before studying abroad because you can't have a conversation if you can't at least listen. If possible, I think it would be most enjoyable to stay for more than a month. In two weeks, I had made more friends and had more lively conversations, so I had to say goodbye, so I was a little disappointed.
