 The exchange with our university began with joint research between a Japanese research team including faculty members of the Graduate School of Science and Engineering and the North Japan New Energy Research Institute, and a Chinese research team including the current vice president of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, and has continued to conduct joint research.In 28, students were accepted under the "Sakura Science Plan" of the Japan Science and Technology Agency.In September 29, the Vice President of Shenyang University of Science and Technology made a courtesy call on the President and exchanged opinions with the Dean of the Graduate School of Science and Engineering on expanding educational and research exchanges, leading to the conclusion of this agreement.
