Hirosaki University and Yanbian University (China) concluded an inter-university exchange agreement in 2000 (Heisei 12), and active exchanges are taking place.In addition, since 2009, we have started a faculty exchange program as a regular academic exchange, and we accept and dispatch faculty members from both sides every year.
